The Territory Manager (TM) will be responsible for managing sales activities in a designated geographical area. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing product training to sales representatives and distributors.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the company’s products.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to customers and stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports to the sales management team on market trends, competitor activity and sales performance.
- Manage the sales budget and forecasting process to ensure that sales targets are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Administration or Healthcare.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or nutrition industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
