Roles and Responsibilities:

The Territory Manager (TM) will be responsible for managing sales activities in a designated geographical area. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing product training to sales representatives and distributors.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the company’s products.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular reports to the sales management team on market trends, competitor activity and sales performance.
  • Manage the sales budget and forecasting process to ensure that sales targets are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Administration or Healthcare.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or nutrition industry.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
  • The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
