- Damaged or Tampered Packages: If you receive a package that is damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and return it to the delivery person. - Reporting Issues: Provide digital evidence of damage or tampering for us to process your claim. We will coordinate with the product seller and courier service to determine the validity of the claim and ensure suitable compensation if the claim is genuine.
Refund Policy
- Consumable Items: Once a product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned or refunded.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
